As a writer, social media can seem like a big waste of time. Still, it seems you can’t afford to ignore Facebook.

I don’t know how many times Facebook has changed its format, or how well received these changes have been, but at least we now have a banner that can say a little something about us. There are of course warnings about how we use it. You aren’t supposed to use it to sell, but apparently you can use it to advertise. It’s a fine line, and I’m wondering who will get away with what.

So far my fan page hasn’t been a great success, but it’s not something I work at. I’m certainly trying to make it likeable, so if you visit Michael Atman, please like it.
